M.U.S.T. SLA hosts 3rd Study Tour for Outstanding Engineers in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, which is the final project of the series of research activities for outstanding engineers in 2023. The Research Activities for Outstanding Engineers is a brand project created by the Nansha Talent Development Bureau to collaborate 99 talents representatives from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao to walk through the Greater Bay Area. The two phases of Research Activities held in Nansha at the end of March by Tsinghua University and in Hong Kong by the Hong Kong Polytechnic University at the end of July respectively have accomplished a total of nearly 20 scientific research cooperation intentions between industries. It would continue to promote in-depth exchanges of talents, resource cooperation, cross-border innovation and integrated development among the three places.
This third phase of the Research Activity lasted for three days. SLA followed the guidelines of "Three-Party Consultation on Study Plan", "Trainees Selected from Three Regions” and "Training Results Shared by Three Regions", providing a variety of courses such as special lectures, visits and inspections, forums and exchanges, and cultural cultivation, to promote the establishment of a platform for in-depth exchanges and exchanges between talents from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao. The trainees went to the M.U.S.T. State Key Laboratories, the Pavilion of China-Portuguese-speaking Countries Commercial and Trade Service Platform, the factory of Macao Water, the Macao Museum and other places for on-site research and investigation. They have also joined the lectures of “Cultivating an Image Strategy for a Century of Brand Assets” by Prof. Li Jianqing of M.U.S.T. and Image Strategy to Cultivate Centennial Brand Assets" by Prof. Huang Wei of Tsinghua University. At the same time, symposiums were also held with key enterprises in Macao. Through free exchanges, in-depth docking of development needs among talents in the three regions were promoted, which continued to collaboratively empower talents from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

Professor Aliana Man Wai Leong, Vice President, Luo Yong, Chairman of the Hong Kong International Talent Summit, Kou Chon Fai, President of the Macao Professional Development Association; Sam Hong Peng, Chairman of the Macao Professional Development Association and other guests, as well as 33 representatives of high-level talents from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.
