[Macau, February 23, 2025] From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today, the University of Macau held its 2025 Open Day. The event attracted a large number of students and parents to visit, showcasing the university's teaching facilities, academic programs, faculty strength, and rich extracurricular activities comprehensively. Among them, the School of Liberal Arts, with its unique educational philosophy and outstanding achievements, became a major highlight of the Open Day.

Since its establishment in 2020, the School of Liberal Arts has always adhered to the educational philosophy of "balancing general education and specialization," committed to cultivating students' critical thinking, cross-cultural communication skills, and global vision. The school has achieved both qualitative and quantitative improvements in teaching and academic research and has reaped fruitful results in internationalization and student exchange programs. It is reported that several students from the school have participated in the 2+2 dual-degree program with the University of Reading in the UK and received the Chancellor's Scholarship. Many of the first graduating class have been admitted to universities ranked in the top 100 globally.
